Job Description

Yumi Health builds clinical software for skilled nursing teams. The product brings resident records, clinical and administrative workflows, and AI-assisted tools into one workspace.

Role Description

Build mobile experiences that support real clinical work in the field, including mobile client architecture, offline-aware behavior, and tight integrations with backend systems.

Compensation

• Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
• Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
• Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.
• Benefits: health insurance, 401(k), visa and green-card sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping mobile applications on iOS, Android, or both.
• Comfortable designing mobile client architecture, networking, and performance-sensitive UI.
• Able to work closely with backend systems and design APIs that support strong mobile workflows.
• Good instincts around latency, offline behavior, sync, and mobile reliability.

Preferred

• Experience with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or similar stacks.
• Familiarity with push notifications, background processing, or device permissions.
• Experience building apps used in healthcare or field operations.
