WCP's investment approach includes working with experienced industry executives in their target theses before sourcing investments, leveraging their experience and leadership pre- and post-acquisition. The Associate program may also extend beyond the standard 2 years, offering high performers the opportunity to continue in a Senior Associate role and pursue a path directly from Associate to VP without requiring business school.
