Construction / General Labor – $17-$18/hr

Location: Burleson, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM + half-day Saturdays
Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring dependable construction workers for a busy production facility in Burleson. This is hands-on work building and finishing portable commercial structures from the ground up.

You do not need to be a certified tradesperson. We are looking for people who have construction experience, know how to work with their hands, and are comfortable using basic hand and power tools.

Job Duties May Include:

• Wood and metal framing
• Installing exterior siding and panels
• Flooring installation
• Roofing and exterior work
• Sheet metal and basic metal work
• Installing insulation and interior materials
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, fastening, and assembling materials
• Using hand and power tools
• Assisting with doors, trim, fixtures, and finishing work
• Moving construction materials and keeping the work area clean
• Helping different departments as needed throughout the building process

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, roofing, siding, framing, flooring, or similar hands-on experience
• Comfortable using basic tools and a tape measure
• Able to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willing to learn different areas of the construction process
• Able to work well as part of a crew
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
