Bathroom Installer, Custom Bath Solutions

Location: Washington, IL 61571 (job sites across Central Illinois)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience

Custom Bath Solutions, a proud member of Prairie Home Alliance, is looking for an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our growing, award-winning team! This is an immediate full-time position, Monday through Friday. It's a great fit for a skilled installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow with a respected local company in the booming bath remodeling industry.

Responsibilities:

• Complete bathroom installation and remodeling projects, from tear-out through final details
• Apply carpentry and installation techniques to deliver high-quality results for homeowners
• Work with our production team to complete bath projects on schedule
• Troubleshoot and solve issues on the job site as they come up
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and help create a great customer experience
• Keep a clean, organized work area in customers' homes
• Follow all safety protocols and use industry-leading installation practices
• Bring strong attention to detail to every project

Qualifications:

• Previous bathroom installation experience strongly preferred
• Related carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience required
• Proficiency with common carpentry and installation tools
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• A strong willingness to learn the Custom Bath Solutions installation process
• Valid driver's license required
• Must reliably commute to, or plan to relocate to, Washington, IL 61571 before starting work
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles to customer homes
