About Mary Agnes Manor:

Mary Agnes Manor is a 230 bed Assisted Living Community located on the beautiful and historic D'Youville Campus in Buffalo, NY.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team at Mary Agnes Manor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration

• Coordinate employee orientation and training programs

• Provide support with employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Staff scheduling

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
